Let me give you some information on how FETCH! got cancelled. In January 2010, WGBH had auditions for FETCH's 6th Season. By April, casting had already been completed by the time the news came in. On June 14, 2010. WGBH announced that Season 5 will be the final season due to lack of funding. Fans were devestated to hear the news and a month later a petition was created as well as a video of the cancellation for the show.
